990-991. an afternoon tra vigne

Easter brunch at Tra Vigne in St. Helena in Napa Valley. Celebrated Alex and Ian’s future at Oregon State and Tufts…we all agreed that the Mozzarella Cheese “Al  Minuto” was life changing. It was really, really wonderful. The rest of our meal was delicious…but that cheese, made just that moment, was just incredible. This is the end of our regularly scheduled programming…we’re not to 1000 yet, but we have something special planned for the grand finale. Come back tomorrow…In the meantime, I wonder if I can do a 1000 days of cheese blog?
